When a parent disagrees with the evaluation that is completed by the school, the parent is entitled to an Independent Educational Evaluation (IEE) conducted by a qualified evaluator. This is provided at no cost to the parent. The evaluation can include any area of concern that is relevant to the child's education. At RespectED, we provide IEEs that assess the following areas:
